We are looking for candidate ready to take the position of Social Media Analyst in a international financial company located in Poznań. As a member of the Digital Publishing & New Media group, this team member will take the lead on social media reporting and analytics, brand monitoring, and social media monitoring. This team member will also be responsible for maintaining subject matter expertise in new media and social media, especially as pertains to the financial services industry.
Duties:
• Constant review of Facebook activity, save, alert relevant parties as necessary
• Daily check of blog, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn activity, save, alert relevant parties as necessary
• Review user comments and post, flag, or pass along as appropriate
• Conduct independent analysis of activities
• Participate in content planning sessions, provide counsel
• Generate monthly and quarterly reports
• Manage blog and Twitter reporting - aggregate data, format into report, apply analysis, craft communication and send on a monthly basis
• Maintain expertise in legal and compliance issues as pertain to social media
• Maintain expertise in social media functionality, tools, etc
• Maintain personal and coordinated list of best practices for tags (SEO).
Requirements:
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in new media and social media
• Demonstrated success in adhering to schedules, multi-tasking, project management, attention to detail, organization of materials and cooperating with team members.
